Challenge 28: Tic-Tac-Toss

For this challenge, we made a tic-tac-toe grid out of duct tape on the driveway and conducted a head-to-head battle for beanbag supremacy, with some (literal) twists. Beanbag retreival duty was handled by our newest family member, Annabeth.
